I've been taking Linzess over a month now and it's become my miracle pill. I've never known what's it's like to go daily since I was a weekly goer if I was lucky, sometimes 2 weeks, my whole life. This pull has changed my life.

probiotic euphoria

So I decided to start a regimen of probiotics which I have always heard are a very good way to adjust your immune system and health especially if you are stressed, I reasearched fairly a lot of informationand decided that a colony ofat least 90 billion was good, so I purchased a bottle of 100 billionactive probiotic that needed refrigeration and enteric coating so the stomach acid would not destroy most of them, after my first 2 days a feeling of euphoria started working in my mind, I had a sense that everything was okay, since then I have continued to take 10 billion twice a day and the feeling has remained enough for me to lose weight and be happy. I am not sure how, but I will continue with probiotics and a better way of life.

Probiotics and Lichen Sclerosus

When I was taking a couple of probiotics daily, I accidentally discovered that my symptoms of LS subsided. I had been experiencing more and more severe LS to the point that I had to use Clobetasol ointment twice daily, which even then didn't always knock my pain. The relief was almost immediate, with my skin returning to a normal tone and color. Now I only have to resort to the ointment after taking antibiotics, that legendary cause of LS flare-ups. Please let other people know about this potential method of treating their LS. It has been a literal God-send to me! I currently use two probiotic gummies or capsules each day. I am 75 years old and was dianosed with LS five years ago, as verified by biopsy. Thank you!

Had to write some more about probiotic side effects; found a post on "the candida forum" from someone who had the same symptoms from probiotic use - dizziness, brain fog and insomnia. These symptoms can occur when the body detoxes; candida die off. I have candida overgrowth as well so maybe my reaction came from the detox?
Because of my ME and my immune system I'm unsure if I should try it again anyway, it's tough to get sicker and stop sleeping :(
I will try the candida diet (or as close to it as I can) and coconut oil and see if that works better.

the dizzyness and brain fog is due to detox. Your body is full of yeast (we all have yeast, but because of the foods we eat and other things, the bad yeast overtakes the good yeast). So the probiotic chews up the bad yeast and it has to get out of the body some way. If you do not drink enough water, it'll come out different ways. rashes, brain fog, etc... Keep taking them, because every body should take at least one a day!

If I stop taking probiotics I crave sweets really bad. I have been on Probiotics for several years and have started having a wet discharge not sure if it is because of Probiotics.

When I started to take Probiotics I became dizzy and had brain fog. Possibly, I should switch brands. I am debating on continuing or stopping. I have stopped for a few days, and I do feel better. I have noticed that my desire for sugar is less with the Probiotics that I had been taking. Possibly, it will take time for my body to adjust.

Tried probiotic for a few weeks. Got dizzy and had constant "brain fog" plus insomnia.
Stopped taking it and within 24 hours I could sleep again and after a couple of days I felt I was more back to normal.
Looked up side effects (which I should have done thoroughly before buying it) and apparently it can have strong negative effects on people with certain illnesses and lowered immune system.
I have ME and my immune system is not the best right now so maybe that's why I reacted badly, can't say for sure.
Bad experience, won't try again.

I have used Schiffs Digestive Enzyme and also Trunature Digestive Probiotic, and both brands have totally controlled my symptoms EXCEPT for the rare times that I have been put on a course of antibiotics. I have not had any bad side effects whatsoever, and I wonder if taking probiotics when my LS first appeared would have prevented the destruction that the LS caused. It's sad that I never knew the positive benefits of the probiotics before the LS destroyed so much tissue, but I'm thankful for my

RepHresh Pro-B
| suzukisuzy
I am 49 and I had a hysterectomy at the age of 32 and every since I have had to deal with dryness. Rephresh has been a blessing and when I started having an odor problem and tried every douche I could try I wanted to cry, I felt ashamed and dirty; needless to say, I read about RepHresh Pro-B, I took one pill and the next day I did not have a foul smell in the vaginal area. Now I am not embarrassed to go see my Dr, for my yearly exam. lol
