I am 25. I took vallergan as a child. I developed a taste and a need for it. I'm currently in rehab and have realised that vallergan was my first drug of choice. Parents be warned- it's a slippery slope. I'm an alcoholic and prescription/street drug addict and I'm convinced that being given this in my early years started off my addictive behaviours.

My lo wouldn't sleep and it was really tiring me out, a friend offered me vallergan as her child was prescribed it for her serious xzma, as I was so tired and desperate I took it, it was such a relief when he started sleeping, this was 13 years ago, I wish I hadn't used it and read up about it more,
I wish I'd tried something else or put up with it as obviously it's a mums duty to look after ur child, I can't remember how long I used it for, my son has adhd and was diagnosed it when he was 5 , could it have been the vallergan?
