I had a boil around my genital so I had to take septa antibiotics. Before that I felt like I was pregnant but after the pill in the beginning I started my period at first it was weird. But almost two week has past & I just bleed a bigger clot than usual. In the beginning it was very painful, I can't tell if it was from the boil or miscarriage? I've never had a miscarriage before so I don't know how it feels.

isoniazine and rifampin cause infertility?
| DCM
I took isoniazid and rifampin for three months at the beginning of 2015 for latent TB. Have been trying to become pregnant for more than a year now and we have not been able to do it. All testing is normal. Prior to taking this treatment I was able to become pregnant easily (got pregnant 1 month after stopping contraceptive pills, however later had a miscarriage)

iud pregnancy
| alfazulu
I got a iud in 2008 now 7 years later im pregnant the copper one its supposed to last for 10. I was not even late on my period yet, I did not feel pregnancy systems either. I started having really bad abdominal pain. I knew something was wrong my husband had me a pregnancy test came back positive, in disbelief i took several more. Went to the doctor yesterday. First my DR. said he was sorry (last time I had a baby I was going to get my tubes tide, he talked me into getting the iud instead.) Now years later i am back pregnant. They checked the iud to make sure it was their and if it was still in place. It was, i figured they would go ahead and remove it, but instead they scheduled me in for a ultrasound. I have that on Monday, then I go back to the doctor on Wednesday to have the iud removed. My doctor told me that it can be a bad situation were I have a miscarriage from the iud being removed. Or it can be even worse by not having it removed having the baby way to early and it being under developed. And of course their is the risk of having a tubal as well. Like all birth control I knew with the iud their was a small chance of becoming pregnant, but I was never told of all the risk of becoming pregnant with it. I am not for sure if i would have still gotten it if i did. Like any mom i am hoping nothing goes wrong with this pregnancy. Your first in shock your pregnant, then you come to accept it and see it as a gift, then you go to the doctor, and then become worried and scared. Women need to know about the risk of becoming pregnant with the iud before they get one. For me it did work great and protect me from becoming pregnant for 7 years.

I've been on Depakote for 30 years now, Its really the only thing out there that has helped me control my epilepsy. Without it I wouldn't have a normal and productive life. That being said The long term side effects are awful ! I cant have children, I keep having miscarriages. I suffer from Severe Osteoporosis at 33 years old, so much so that I lost half my teeth, and I've had 22 broken bones just from doing day to day stuff. Its effective but given the side effects it should be a last resort
