I wake up at night so thirsty, I feel like I have been out in the desert. I chug down a bottle of water throughout the night. Now that causes me to have to run to the bathroom usually three times a night

I have it only at night, but its so bad that I have to keep gum or candy in my mouth. not every night, but most. It may be because I am not hydrating well enough during the day too.
