I've been on HRT ( Sandrena & Utrogestan ) for 5 years now; & I have gained 5 stone; been so depressed I have lost the will to live completely, my ankles swell up every day...I suffer from breathlessness; migraines...
I've had Xrays, ECG & blood tests....& just realised the Sandrena I LOVE may be causing all this.
say LOVE; because no more hot flushes & I can sleep forever. ( a rare ability for middle aged women I believe)
I've reduced my dose to.5 mg & feel less "bingey"..... I just re-read the side effects pamphlet after 5 years & had a Eureka moment......I must come off this $hit.
Give up caffeine; reduce salt & eat more beans & legumes.
Maybe get my life back; this waiting for death is taking too long.
