Yes, really bad. I took it in some Vitamin D and my hands cramped so bad it turned to trigger thumb. I thought it was the Vitamin I had to have surgery to correct the thumb and after I stopped taking the cramping in the other hand and in my body went away. I knew I wasn't crazy. When I told people this they looked at me like something was wrong with me.
