Haven't had a period since I've started taking this medication. Just realizing the timeline. I'm weirded out and freaked out. Anyone else? Going to doctor soon.

Suffered bad hair loss, particularly on crown of hair. Remaining hair is dry and brittle. Previously had shiny, quite thick hair. Am devastated. Have stopped the drug. My hairdresser says it will take six months to repair damage.

I have reluctantly started taking omeprazole for high iron levels associated with chronic
he(a)molysis and so cannot say what will happen. Am looking with interest to see if there are people taking omeprazole for similar reasons, and what if any benefit has been achieved. AWG
