I see you wrote this in 2009. My dad told me that vinegar and water will cure this. I have it currently and am trying out Neosporin for the symptoms but I am fully aware that it will not cure it and that I have to have a anti fungal or use the vinegar to deal with it. The vinegar also softens the skin on your feet as a bonus. My husband says that bleach will cure it. Im sure that you should dilute it and put it in a spray bottle or a tub. I don't think you can use it full strength.
