I am 67 and newly retired. I am chunky, but have been working out for one year swimming, biking, lifting weights. Four days ago, I started experiencing pains in my shoulder and left arm, pins and needles in left hand. A sore neck and terrible headaches. I never get headaches. I am frightened. I started taking an aspirin a day
thinking about a stroke. Can anyone advise me what this may be and what I should do? Thank you for any help.
