Valium switch from Klonopin for Meniers disease and vertigo
| Suzanne ftom
Can you please help me with whether or not I said to Valium. I am allergic to all anti-emetic drugs such as Compazine Phenergan Tigan am Reglan which limits what I can do to control vomiting. Every time I have been hospitalized with vertigo, they have treated me with things such as Ativan and other anti-nausea medications Meclizine I always vomit them all up until they give me Valium which seems to control the vomiting in the anxiety that goes with the vertigo only at that point am I able to keep down the meclizine which is only available in pill form. Also is Valium available informs other then oral.

Switch to Valium from Klonopin. What dosage ?
| Suzanne ftom
I was just diagnosed with Ménière's disease. I get very very sick with vertigo and will vomit for days along with the extreme anxiety in addition to the anxiety and panic attacks that I already have. I have been diagnosed with GAD and anticipatory anxiety. I currently take Clonopin 1 mg three times a day. The doctor, my ENT doctor says I need to switch to Valium, I will need to ask my other Doctor Who treats my anxiety about possibly making the switch however what would be The correct dosage for Valium. I have been taking Clonopin for 10 years. Without much change in dosage. May be a tweak here there during particularly bad months. I still need to be able to control my anxiety as well as being able to control the vertigo and vomiting

Botox into pelvic floor and bladder for oab.
| Naturalgirl
I had vaginal burning sensations. I also had the feeling of having to pee frequently. I had a cystoscopy and my bladder was "pristine" according to my urologist. I had Botox injections to my bladder and vagina. It's been two weeks. The first week I felt great then I started to feel urgency again so I started down training with reverse Kerala and yoga poses. I find that my symptoms are slowly resolving themselves. I take oral Valium to calm things down and it works great. My urine stream is weaker but I use potty posture while on the toilet or I squat to pee in the shower. It's helped a lot. I will do it again. Took pain from a 5-6-7 to a 0-1-2..

Hydrocodone and nightmares
| smisaac2
I was just prescribed a 5/325 Hydrocodone - Acetaminophen pill for a severe abdominal pain due to a huge gall stone lodged in a bile duct that won't pass as I'm prepped for surgery to remove it in 3-4 days.

The medicine works phenomenally, and I'm not needing it as much as allowed. BUT... I'm having horrific nightmares as a result of it.

This is night two, and after 90 minutes I've given up and plan on just staying up until I fall over from exhaustion. I'm tired of strangers poking their guns in my ribs. Dogs trying to rip my throat out. Strangers screaming at me on the street about a Facebook post I didn't even make.. etc.

Those may seem mild , but I don't have nightmares and they come immediately and repeatedly and are intense enough to cause me to Jerk around in the bed and wake my wife and myself.

Anyone have any solution? I have some Valium, but don't have a medical need to use them.. but I will for 2 days if it will help. I just don't want to be "out" and locked into the terror scene.

30mg per Day of Valium
| Seve72
I take 30mg of Valium daily for chronic generalised anxiety disorder, should I be concerned about future liver and kidney damage! I don't drink or smoke, drink lots of water, cranberry juice and exercise daily?

I have been taking volume as well as volume for many reasons including pain control due to a botched spinal fusion. It works well to relieve spasms as well as relaxes my bladder so I can empty. No real side affects as of yet.

Valium
| Dustin Ld
After 2mg clonazepam for 2 years and cymbalta, we finally convinced my doctor because of IBS, spasms,PTSD it would be best, since my change I feel normal again and can socailze...among many problem all my medication consist of 4 x's a day 7.5 mg norco's( awaiting back surgery, replacing L5 and S1) my 10 diazepam 3x's a day, librax(Librium/clindinium) 5/2.5 3x's a day for IBS stomachs pains, celebrex, and Restoril(temazapam) at night for insomnia.....but I've got to say without Valium and Librium I would suffer all day, I hope anyone who's read will get an idea of asking for these meds if u have similar conditions, all though dosing is different for everyone, with the new laws people that really need this type of medicine and take it properly are finding it harder to obtain, so I suggest you find 1 doctor and stick with him/her
