I was trying to get off of a prescrition sleep aid so i tried melatonin.... it gave me such nitemares and i would wake up not being able to breath.. i stop it than the other nite i tried it again thinking it was just me....AGAIN..hORRIFIC NIGHTMARES....I GAVE THEM AWAY.
