for fibromyalgia there is a machine called a sts dynatron and they ain't cheap, better to find a pt that has one, the machine was made for people who had lost limbs and but yet had phantom pain. It works on nerves. It helps if your consistent. With lymphedema I am finding out a massage much rougher than a touch could be damaging to the lymph nodes
