Peppermint Hot flash balm to is a life saver
| HoratiosSweepea
I found putting peppermint oil on the back of my neck, at the base of my skull, helps tremendously. However, carrying around a bottle of oil wasn't convenient, nor was having my hand all oily. So I set out to simplify things. What I came up with was peppermint balm. I put it an old lip balm container I had, and it has been perfection, and runs my hot flashes right away. Here is the recipe I came up with:
Hot Flash Balm Recipe
1.5 teaspoons oorganic coconut oil
2.5 teaspoons organic sweet almond oil or organic olive oil
2 teaspoons grated beeswax
10 to 13 drops Young Living peppermint essential oil

Mix it up, then put in the fridge to solidify, and puff, you have an awesome balm, that will stop hot flashes right in their track!
