Chocolate, then pain in kidney area after during menstrual cycle
When I was going to a high school in Colorado, there was a Maverick next door, and I would go over and buy a hot chocolate every lunch time. I would also get a pizza, and once in a while a chocolate bar. Then, after two months of this, my kidneys started to hurt. Nothing can make me cry that easy, and I tried to make it through the whole day, but I could not make it to my third period class, and I had to call my mom. I know it was not back pain in the lower back because I have had experienced that pain before, and the pain was sharp, and kept getting sharper. When my mom came and got me, she gave me some ibuprofen, and after a while, it eased the pain, but I still could not stop crying due to the pain being so bad. I was forced onto a liquid diet of water and other healthy drinks, and after a month of the liquid diet, I was back to normal, but when I was approaching my cycle, my kidneys would hurt, and then they hurt during my cycle. I have not gone to the doctor due to no money, and the pain would not happen again until three to four months later after the first pain. It has now been two-three years, and the pain just comes and goes depending on how hard my cycle decides to hit me. I am hoping if there are any ways around this without having to see a doctor, and without needing to take ibuprofen, as that is the only medicine I can take and actually works best.
