I have been on Keflex for 5 days following surgery and I have experienced blurred vision, flashes of light and severe headaches. The flashes of light and headaches stopped one day after I finished the treatment.

I had a little bit of blurry vision. The doctor said it is not on the list of side effects and to continue using cephalexin and if symptoms still continue, see an opthomologist. I have been diagnosed with mild arthritis in the neck though and periodically have a slight tingling in my thumb and index finger though.

terrible blurry vision in both eyes. Felt like I was looking through vasaline the entire time I was on it. Decided to stop taking it as it was affecting my ability to read and I was not feeling good about driving either.
