Peritubular adhesions so confused...
| Jottc
Hi. My name is Jo-Ann. I am 33 yrs old and i have a 18 yr old son. Ove only been pregnant with him. Never got pregnant again since. When i was 17 they did a laparoscopy thinking that I had endometriosis (was having pain during intercourse) but then they determined that my right tube had been shut down due to scar tissue but they said the dye drained. Recently my husband was tested they did a sperm analysis hes fine. So i went for all the blood work and my gyn did a biopsy of my uterus. They determine that the biopsy was good but I was in the category of polycystic ovaries. But was not high risk. Even sent me for the hsg test but they put the dye through my tubes. The doctor said that my left tube drain properly and it was okay he said my right tube the doctor said that my left tube drained properly and it was okay he said my right to had peritubular adhesions but didn't explain anything to me he said the ask my Dr. My GYN told me to come back after my period which is in a month from now if I wasn't pregnant and he was going to put me on Clomid but then they called me today for random follow up to come in asap. Now because I have this issue with my right tube will I have to have IVF or is there still a chance of conceiving naturally? What's usually the next step can I get rid of the adhesions?

Mi experiencia como Especialista en Fertilidad es que deberian realizarte una LAPAROSCOPIA Second Look para saber como estan ambas trompas ( right and left tube post Laparoscopia and probably adhesions )
Tambien una Histerosonografia o Histerosalpingografia pero tambien Second Look Laparoscopico

Fluid collection in my uterus
| Sanjana
At 19, it was found that i has endometriosis cyst in both ovaries and through laproscopic surgery cyst was removed and the doctors removed the appendicitis also. After the surgery again the endometriosis cyst was formed. But when i was 22, doctor told that endometriosis was disappeared and there is a fibroid. but i am now at 24, few months back i had spot bleeding between the period cycle. so again consult the doctor and she did hystero- laproscopic surgery and found that right tube was blocked by hydrosaplinx and left tube was not able to see due to adhesion and i have stage-4 endometriosis and she suggest me to take IVF treatment. Last month i started ivf treament and eggs was collected, while the embryo transfer, the doctors found that there is fluid collection in the uterus and stopped the embryo transfer. They gave the fluid collection for culture test and it was found that E. Coil. The doctors says that hydrosaplinx from the right tube had entered into uterus.

My question is whether my right tube is affected by E.Coil or by Endometriosis???
Whether E.Coil is a sexually transmitted disease???
