I just had surgery for an umbilical hernia a little over a year after my last c section. I had vaginal bleeding along with it. Once repaired the bleeding stopped but unfortunately I know I have one again and the bleeding is back. The drs told me the vaginal bleeding has nothing to do with the umbilical hernia but every time my belly button is hurting I start bleeding. Along with this I have experienced painful intercourse. I think I may have some sort of pelvic floor hernia but won't know until I go in.
