I had an eye twitch in my bottom left eye (in the bag area) and it was almost like it was pulsing, and it was constant, for one week. I googled everything and started taking Magnesium Citrate liquid soft gels yesterday, and drank some tonic water today (3 glasses mixed with cranberry juice), and my eye twitch just disappeared. I am not sure which one it was, the magnesium or the tonic water, and frankly do not care, IT IS GONE! I will continue these magnesium soft geals probably forever.. and the tonic water occasionally. Thank you for all of your posts and recommendations. I just hope I wake up in the morning and it's still gone!
