Would an enema help stomach gas? I know an enema is excellent remedy for constipation, with over 50 years of proof. Constipation has been a problem for most of my life.It all start when my mom gave me an enema over her lap many times, then she used the enema bag.

Enema Review

More of a conditioning therapy for the colon. Take the water real slow while very relaxed. If pressure or leak, stop, go to toilet, expel and come back for more. Ideal is to FILL colon (1.5-2.5 liters) when little waste is in colon, 2 to 4 times. Peristalysis will be stimulated by fullness not disolving of waste. Treatment every 2 to 4 weeks and sluggish colon will be strengthened and constipation issue may well disappear. Dietary change may be necessary and walk 10 or so minutes after awakening in AM to get body systems working.

Enema Review

I've use enemas for over fifty years for constipation and they work great. My Grandmother was a RN and showed me how to give myself an enema when I was 12 years old. I found over the years that enemas work just as well for diarrhea... much faster than over the counter med's.
