I have been using diltiazem er 300 mg, then I needed a refil from wal mart they filled my medicine with cartia xt which caused me very many dizzie spells and head ache. Wal mart did not advise me of the change. Not realizing it was the medicine went to family Dr and heart Dr wasting our time next money. I would not recommend cartia xt.
