I have had two miscarriages in the last 4 months and I take this pill every day at the same time...definitely do not recommend this pill. You would think that a birth control pill would prevent you from getting pregnant, this is just ridiculous!!!

With this pill I have gained 15 lbs that I can't seem to lose. I never had problems with acne, now my face is breaking out, oily, and have some what dark facial hair! Embarrassing! The only thing I liked was that my periods were predictable, they were light, and last 3-4days.

I have been taking Cryselle/Lo Ovral for 21 years this October 2014 and I have NOT had any issues over the years with this medication. Started taking it a month after I turned 16 and decided I was ready to responsibly become sexually active with my long time boyfriend. No spotting, never any acne, no weight gain besides normal getting older weight gain. As far as mood swings, none that I can pin point other then the normal PMS symptoms & bloating. But when I start my period its medium flow first day then very light for 3-4 days. Ive only noticed my periods have gotten more intense in the past few years and I think its due to getting older. I've never been pregnant and take it every night. I rarely miss a dose and never take the last week/row of the sugar pills. I have NO complaints about this birth control and its not to expensive without health insurance. Hope that info helps!
