I have CHF, with a repaired mitral valve that was only perhaps 80% successful. I'm feeling great and vital readings are excellent, but I do have an ongoing runny nose maybe 40+% of the time (month's experience). Surely it is related.
Of course, I take a diuretic, along with a couple other heart related pills daily. STRONG low sodium diet. Age 70.
