Terrible withdrawal from xanax
| Jerijane
I have been on 3mg of xanax a day was started on 3mg at the beginning an my doc quit after her husband passing, now ny new doc wont refill my prescription med i have been on for yrs an put ne on buspar i have been in severe withdrawal off xanax the buspar helps a little but nothing compared to the xanax. I am sick as hell an shaky my heart is ether racing so bad i feel im going to collapse and die or its so slow i about pass out. Its been miserable. To those thinking about starting xanax as much as its really helped me the affects of coming off it are worse than how much it helped i dodnt get a chance to really ween down ether just cut right off.

buspar did nothing for me. i took it more and still nothing.

xanax works great for me. it kind of puts me out of it and makes me tired but i feel great at the same time. i dont feel as irritated. i notice tolerance developes very fast but i still feel good overall when i take it. i dont feel as tired out either after taking it for a while. it has horrible withdrawal if i go off cold turkey though. i wont sleep and get rebound anxiety. going off slow on the other hand was not so bad. then i feel depressed and anxious again though even months later so i have to go back on it.
