Can Alcohol Be Smelled From The Liver After 3 Months
| Charrose
My Daughter swears up and down that I had been drinking when I came to her house after not seeing her for almost 4 years. I'd a drink with dinner, maybe 3 months prior to this visit and nothing to drink since. I have Hep C but all test come back great. Is this possible?

There is no possible way that the single drink of alcohol would remain in your body after 3 months. Even if you had a cirrhosed liver (but if your tests come back great, that's not very likely), you wouldn't have alcohol lingering in the bloodstream for months on end. A single glass of alcohol would be completely untraceable in your bloodsteam in less than 24 hours.
