Can bed bug bites cause hair loss
October 9, 2015
I've been trying to find out the same thing. Recently my home was invaded by bed bugs due to some old run down furniture being taken out of the apartment above me which has been emptied and since then I have found out I have a bed bug infestation despite the fact that I keep my apartment clean and regularly do so. With the bed bugs came hair loss... I had never experienced bed bugs before and my hair started falling out in bunches ever since they moved that furniture. It was left in the common area for several days before they removed it so the bugs had plenty of time to invade the building!! So I do have this theory that bed bugs do make your hair fall out as I had been waking up with bites on the back of my scalp and the hair started falling out at a ridiculous amount at the same time. Does anyone else have any information about this please?
