Hi I'm Larry from Canada,
I'm just going to throw this idea out there because I was looking for solutions. Some of you seem to be in much pain. My wife is Cuban. She contracted H. Pylori. She was very ill. So much stomach pain, could not eat, heartburn, gas, vomiting after eating almost instantaneously sometimes. It was really terrible. I researched much. She is now undergoing treatment for H. Pylori. Research this. There is testing available. There are solutions. Give it a try. I wish you well.

Tried Alia seltzer (not the cold med, just plain or generic) for a bad fibro flare up which included severe muscle pain, headaches, loss of sleep and exhaustion. I take a number of prescriptions for the fibro, which normally take the edge off and help me sleep. However, in the chance that it might actually work as it said on the box, for body aches and pains, I took the full dose and within minutes my body relaxed and the pain was gone. Slept a full 7 hrs. And woke up refreshed instead of the normal hung-over unrefreshed fitful sleep that has been my norm since I was diagnosed.

I have spent hundreds of dollars on natural supplements and prescriptions that have given a measure of relief but I will keep using this for flare-ups.

I believe I have an addiction to eating the tablets of alka seltzer. I would skip meals to eat them and I would be eating at least 8 tablets a day. I had tried to stop but it caused me physical pain, like excruciating stomach pains. I can feel it tearing at my throat but I can't stop and it's beginning to worry me. I even spit up blood once and I believe it was from that there is nothing else it could be. I'm beginning to fear for my health.

I lost half my blood from eating alkazeltsers. Had to get 5 units of blood or I would soon die.
