abdominal adhesions, pain and constipation
| bri
i have very dense adhesions per my GS, I have had about 5 scar tissue surgeries due to pain, 3 of the surgeries have been open surgery. i need advise, I have to do an enema of molasses and milk, warmed, every other night, I guess the adhesions have my colon so kinked. I had a small bowel obstruction in August 2014, that was taken care of with a NG tube. I am on amitza daily to help keep bowels moving. Do any of you do any other stretches, massage, anything that helps the pain of adhesions, the tugging, etc.???
My surgeon says no more surgery for them, since it causes more, unless it is life or death.
HELP???

Hi my name is Marika and I have adhesions too from too many surgeries in a short period of time and pain meds every day. I take all kinds of laxatives to go, lincess, Miralax, senna, stool softeners, psyllium husk in Kefir, enema, suppository , it's rediculous.
I started doing a cleanse. It's a little icky BUT it sure works:
2 glasses of olive oil the good stuff, virgin, cold press, 6 tbsp Epsom salt and one pressed lemon store it up and done it goes. Don't worry about the left over salt in t

Adhesions, pain and nausea
| Nana b
I have had several abdominal surgeries which unfortunately have led to adhesions. I had 5 adhesions surgeries , which even tho surgeries can only make matters worse, it did give relief for the pain and tugging that are caused by them. In August of 2014, I had SBO . Now a few months later back to Lots of nausea, pain, and tugging when I lay on my side. HELP. Exercises, diet? Anything???
Anyone find anything that help with this without the open surgery ? My scars are so dense that the surgeon is always worried that it could cause a problem
