If I can just help one person with this, after what I have been through with hashimotos and menopause. I saw a Dermoptera 3 times, he and GPs just gave lotions when I wanted a solution. Well I had read a lot about Mane n Tail shampoo, yes it is a horse shampoo, but people have been using it for years and it is wonderful. It removes dirt and oil from the scalp like nothing else will, but salons are not going to tell you this. After 2 years with crazy, itchy, burning scalp, I am itch free. Dermo'

I get out in the sun everyday before 11 am...... get the vitamin D naturally. They say this is the best way to get it..... I know vitamin D3 from the sun has lots of benefits....
