I just changed to Spiriva from Advair. My pulse oximeter shows my blood oxygen level is much better during my 2.5 mile/day walks. It has been a week with no side effects. I plan to talk to my doctor about changing it full time. I was diagnosed with COPD (asthma) due to smoking. I quit in 11/09 and gained about 40 lbs (US). Exercise and diet have dropped about 15, thus far.
