Nicotine Patch and Giant Redbull - Could this induce a heart attack?
I know this is a bit late for your comment, but I think you'll be fine.

You're probably self inflating that BP by becoming anxious about it. 96BPM is not very high, you just need to try and relax yourself. If you're extremely worried about it, try buying some lower dose patches.

Narcolepsy AND Migraines (on Ritalin)
I have narcolepsy as well. For migraines all I have found to work is excedrin, but I have also found that sometimes it can be too much caffeine and you can become shaky. A lot of people don't get shaky at all, I have just experienced it once.

Hope it helps!

Son, 9 years, started peepee and poopy accidents after 1 year on Straterra.
My step son is 12 years old and has been on Strattera for 6 months. Indeed it does seem to have a mutating effect. Initially he had no problem with insomnia and his concentration improved. Now his concentration level has diminished and he is very restless at night. He has been taking 60 mg at night but I'm switching it to the morning now before trying alternative meds.

please help
Methylphenidate has a lot of consequential issues. The side effects cause more side effects.
It is registered as an over stimulant. So I will wake you up, set off severe depression by suppression some much needed brain chemicals, then stir it all up so you can't sleep, then disorganizes your thinking and concentration. Talk to the manufacturer, they can explain it better than I can. But I did, and now I understand why with some people it wakes them up but makes them want to kill themselves. Not
