Nicotine Patch and Giant Redbull - Could this induce a heart attack?
I know this is a bit late for your comment, but I think you'll be fine.

You're probably self inflating that BP by becoming anxious about it. 96BPM is not very high, you just need to try and relax yourself. If you're extremely worried about it, try buying some lower dose patches.

Narcolepsy AND Migraines (on Ritalin)
I have narcolepsy as well. For migraines all I have found to work is excedrin, but I have also found that sometimes it can be too much caffeine and you can become shaky. A lot of people don't get shaky at all, I have just experienced it once.

Hope it helps!

Talk to the manufacturer, they can explain it better than I can. But I did, and now I understand why with some people it wakes them up but makes them want to kill themselves. Not
