I am on rebif now ( by default for insurance reasons) I use to be on Avonex. I find REBIF shots uncomfortable and painful IT STINGS WHEN IT GOES IN. The avonex shots didn't hurt going in and I personally felt better on the avonex. It is also a lot easier to deal with a shot once a week as oppossed to three times a week. The side effects of avonex flu like sx's was a lot worse for the first several shots then became less noticeable and easily manageable with ibuprofen.I feel rebif definately c
