I have a lot of gas all day long .it doesn't matter what I eat . I am eating some Kale and spinach and fruit in most of my diet and no sugar other than fruit or natural but even when I did eat any food anytime I still always had a lot of Gas all day long , I had a Colonoscopy last year and the doctor never mention any problems except a polyp which was removed . I am 70 years old and I weigh 172 and 5 '10 " tall . Any Ideas besides IBS ?
