Wow, it sounds as if you are surrounding yourself with the wrong people. Also, have you considered NOT telling all these shady people you surround yourself with about your medication? Finally, why are you still getting the prescriptions, which you say are all be diverted to the streets if they do not help you anyway? You have some serious issues which extend beyond surrounding yourself with junkies.

Thank you & I just been put on it by my doctor, a month now but, it's not helping my pain any!!!!
October 20, 2014
My wife was on oxycodone for years and ran into a lot of problems. She now takes Exalgo, a time released pill that she said works great and without all the side effects of oxy. She has chronic pain and says this works great. Get off the oxy. It's not easy to do but do it in steps. I also was on it and am now free of it

I have been taking oxycodone for about six years have had seizures before that the injuries form the seizures led to my having to take the oxy it does not usually cause them if they can't fine a reason for the seizure that is a good thing it is called idiopathic
flanimal1  |  September 21, 2014
Oxycodon will not cause seizures on its own when decreasing dosage or even when in full blown withrawel. You will feel like complete shit but unless there is an underlying health issue opiates/opioids are usually fairly safe to come off of. The addictive a substances that have dangerious withdrawels and can cause seizures if not properly tapered off are benzos (i.e. Xanax) and alchohol.
Lemon  |  July 25, 2014
Had you recently decreased your oxycodone dose (by even a small amount) or missed a dose (even if you didn't immediately feel any ill effects after the skipped dose)?
I had a seizure a few years ago after taking less of my xanax than usual for a couple days in a row. At first they couldn't find a cause for the episode, but ultimately chalked it up a change in the amount of xanax in my system. After years on high daily doses of xanax, my body took that as the norm and carried out its other funct

BAD SYMPTOMS FROM ACTAVIS GENERIC PERCOCET

I have had to take Percocet for several years by Watson, several months ago when I took a new prescription I was flown for a loop, wondered what was happening to me, then saw the new RX was by a different drug company. Can the people who are making the drugs that are supposed to help us be trusted??
Emili  |  September 21, 2014
I too got VIOLENTLY ill after taking Actavis. They apparently changed the fillers/binders and I guess its tough luck. Now I am allergic to Endocet AND Actavis. So far, Amneal is all I can take. Percocet, with insurance, brand necessary is $1,200.00.
Laci  |  September 4, 2014
The Actavis a333 does not work!!!!
I have been taking watson 932 for 3 years and never had a single issue.

The 2 months ago...I was given Actavis 932. It worked just like wstoson 932.
The next month...I was given Actavis a333...it didn't work at all.

Its not the brand...its the FORMULATION.
I called Actavis and filed a complaint. They agreed but said they couldn't swap them for me...I hope they start supplying the 932 formula..a lot of people have been affected.
July 22, 2014
I agree- Actavis sucks! I bet they pat alott less to make it, pocketing the $ that should have gone into our meds!
July 11, 2014
I agree keep calling... However they have idiots returning calls.... I'm staying in them !
It's disgusting!!!
June 9, 2014
I suffered a very serious "sensitivity " as they called it ... I called the manufactor direct and they took the lot off the shelf at my pharmacy ... Throwing up, dizzy immediately after taking it.
I returned it immediately to my pharmacy!! Emailed the company!!! They tried to tell me different stories and were more concerned I believe that in was going to sue them! In fact I needed the proper medication subscribed and questioned their binders etc, my two nephews both pharmacists said it wasn't

I have not stopped emailing Actavis, spoken on the phone with the, copied and emailed our similar complaints to them - no coincidence soooo many people have the same complaints and symptoms from the Actavis percocet and we are all being left with very little choices until we keep complaining by phone/email and to the FDA - lawsuits can be started, class actions, etc If enough people do this it will provide enough DATA that they cannot ignore in time. So keep on Actavis, call the medical depar

I filed a complaint to the FDA and posted what is happening to other websites. I have noticed that a lot of people have been suffering terrible side effects from what some are now calling poison Percocet.
Most people were having great success with the Watson formulation, but from what I was told, Actavis bought out Watson and discontinued the Watson formulation.
The Atctavis A333's, and some other Oxycodone drugs, were reformulated with a drug deterrent added to it to stop the drug abusers fr

I just had the same experience with Zydus Labs 15 mg oxycodone. Panic, stomach issues, dilated pupils, heart palpitations. That's after only taking those for 3 days. I took them back to doctor, he wrote another prescription for the balance of unused meds. I called Zydus Labs and FDA, placed a adverse affect form with both. Now I have KVK brand, so much better.

I also was normally taking the Watson brand for about 3 months for a severe kidney problem and when I went to fill my script last month I got the brand activis. I took one pill and my heart started racing, I got pain in my chest and down my left arm and seriously thought I was having a heart attack. This drug needs to be taken off the market!!! Activis is going to kill someone with the fillers they put in this medication! I've also read post from people who have gotten medication poisoning from

has anyone been able to find the watson percocet? I heard that CVS may carry it still don't know that for sure. These actavis are REALLY BAD. We have to get them recalled off the shelves. So many people are sick and so many have even had to go to the ER with heart attack like symptoms. It doesn't have any pain reliever in it - they just loaded it up with caffiene it is a sugar pill.
Diane  |  April 16, 2014
Has anyone been able to find a pharmacy that still has the Watsons percocets? Please let us know if you have. This actavis is poison.
Laura  |  April 10, 2014
I always used the watson generic percocet from Walgreen n they were the only ones that helped me. I just got my script filled a week ago and they gave me the actavis and I hate it. Whenever u change from one manufacturer to another, even if its the same med, ur body feels the difference! I looked on the watson pharmaceutical website and it says they were taken over by activist but still showed the watson pill on its site. I too need to find out if there is another pharmacy that receives th

Although medicines affect everyone differently which is very true! If you Doctor orders a diagnostic test do not blow it off get it done you never know what could save your life. The most important thing is to have a great relationship with your Doctor and have one that you can trust and trusts you!!

To Mary, sorry to hear about your story. It sounds like your daughter might have coincidentally developed a psychotic condition e.g. schizophrenia independently of the oxycodone. Not that I am a big fan of oxy, but if you get fixated on oxy as the cause of your daughter's psychosis, no one will take you seriously as opioids simply do not cause chronic psychosis (they can cause acute delirium). Hope things get better for you and your daughter.

That's right. All opioids can cause central sleep apnea, do to their respiratory depression effect. All meds of any kind can cause various adverse reactions in some people. But different people do react differently to different drugs. It's a matter of you and your doctor deciding if the benefits outweigh the risks.

Although opioids do tend to give me apnea, I need the pain control, and so I accept the adverse effects. I take morphine, with oxy for breakthrough, because the methadone I used t

My daughter was on Oxy (presecribed by an incompetent GP) and after little over a year & Many pills later she became Psychotic from the meds. It was the only medicine she was taking & I watched the progression of the psychosis. I don't care what the drug companies Phony Reports say. Oxy Can Cause Psychosis---and it doesn't wear Off (even after the meds are stopped--we are over a year now!) and there Is No Cure. I hate the pharmaceutical companies they ruined my daughter's life--and her entire f
