She needs potassium. I would bet my tablet on it. Have you looked into sinus problems about the migraines. That was my trigger I had migraines since I was 3 and only recently figured out it was sinus related and could be treated with sudafed. Nothing else ever worked. Its very common to need more potassium when taking magnesium and potassium deficiency can cause leg cramps, good luck

If you´re taking a lot of Mg then you need to take Zn as well. Mg can block Zn absorption, lack of Zn means increase in Cu. Too much Cu is very unpleasant and can lead to bad thoughts. Even insomnia, even though Mg is supposed to help you sleep!
