Exactly that's the impression I get after many naive years of thinking doctor knows best. Quite often they don't.

She needs potassium. I would bet my tablet on it. Have you looked into sinus problems about the migraines. That was my trigger I had migraines since I was 3 and only recently figured out it was sinus related and could be treated with sudafed. Nothing else ever worked. Its very common to need more potassium when taking magnesium and potassium deficiency can cause leg cramps, good luck

Try magnesium supplementation...check out the various methods of administrations as it's tough to cure a mag deficiency, but it makes an addict much easier to deal with and less dependent on the substance. most addicts have severe deficiency.

Magnesium nightmares

If you´re taking a lot of Mg then you need to take Zn as well. Mg can block Zn absorption, lack of Zn means increase in Cu. Too much Cu is very unpleasant and can lead to bad thoughts. Even insomnia, even though Mg is supposed to help you sleep!

I started having nightmares about ghosts with my second son. I thought it was because I was reading Stephen Kings "The Shining" but must just be bodys chemestry changes. Just like when we were kids growing up.
