I tried taking Naltrexone that way, in water, as a low dose of 5 mg, I think. After a couple weeks I noticed that my tongue was sore. It is still sore 3 months later and I have been diagnosed with burning tongue syndrome. Has anyone had this dreadful side effect from LDN?
