I took lisinopril for years and no problem until
I started new hep c treatment which
Has interferon and ribavirin and sovaldi
I have had a terrible gagging cough for
Over three months now even after therapy
Was over. Tried other bp medicines and
Nothing works. Discontinued bp meds for
Now and cough only bothers me a little
In the later hours of the day
I hope this is not permanent
Or maybe I have interstitial
Peumonitis which can be life
Threatening. Going to pulmonary
Specialists soon

I have the same issue. I just started on Lisinopril and I wake up in the night with a terrible, strangling cough. It can take me an hour or two to get it under control. I'm probably going to need a new med.

I am experiencing the same problem. It just dont feel good it in general. I had diabetes and got rid of that. Lost a lot if weight. Tomorrow I am cutting down to 5 mg a day instead of 10. I wish that I had never been out on it. I have majors leg and joint pain. I exercise a lot and I hurt more than I did before I lost weight and got on this med.
