She needs potassium. I would bet my tablet on it. Have you looked into sinus problems about the migraines. That was my trigger I had migraines since I was 3 and only recently figured out it was sinus related and could be treated with sudafed. Nothing else ever worked. Its very common to need more potassium when taking magnesium and potassium deficiency can cause leg cramps, good luck

It is the medicine. These is my second time on Elavil. The first time was ten years ago for migraines and I fainted at work. The doctor took me off of it. I was places back on it 9 months ago. I was fine on 25mg for 3 months. Then I was increased to 50mg. I passed out two weeks later later
