problems using Combivent Respimat Inhaler
I have used the Combivent Inhaler for several years now with much success. I was instructed to take 2 puffs at a time up to 4 times a day as needed. Usually 2 or 3 times a day was enough. The problem I have with the Respimat inhaler is I am directed to take only one puff now and most people with asthma or other pulmonary problems can't inhale enough to get the full dosage of the respimat inhaler. I am losing almost half of the dosage due to the inability to inhale that much at a time. the regular Combivent was much more effective and lasted longer.

Combivent usage for two doses
A friend suggested I try combivent. My doctor prescribed it for me on my Monday appointment. I was not able to get it until Thursday. I used it first on Friday morning at 6:00am, and then again at noon. I was in severe trouble from the beginning. I couldn't breath all that morning, and figured I must have not gotten a full dose in the morning. So I used it at noon. By 2:00 I was not able to breath and it took 5 minutes to even catch my breath. I took my blood pressure around 3:00. It was 210 over 175 with 127 plus beats per minute. To say I was feeling lousey would have been an understatement. Needless to say I stopped the medicine immediately. Today is Sunday and I am feeling a little better....not much though. I am so sorry I ever took it and hope someone learns from me before they put themselves through that!!!!
