Generic Drug Variences
It's all about the M-O-N-E-Y ! , share prices going up , dividends increasing , like adding old cars to massive piles of scrap , can't make much off of them and generics . They get the goons to be fooled in thinking " Brand Names " are better , like " Brand Name " bottled water and Tap , H20 is H20 even a Dog will tell you that . Combine that with Insurers and Drug Stores , what do you expect ? Pretty soon ( if not already ) Generic Mnftrs. will be working " hand in hand " with Generics , just

Can you prove it was from the drug? I'm sure there are lawyers that handle these cases that could help you get it paid for PLUS pain and suffering.

Gabapentin vs primidone
Patricia, I had a very strong reaction to primidone when I took my first tablet. Dizziness didn't begin to describe it. My doc had me skip the next night, then start again with a much reduced dosage. I started with 1/4 of a 50-mg tablet and that was OK. Gradually increased to 150 mg, then added 20 mg nadolol, and that was it - have been on that combination for many year, and unless I am sick or very upset my tremor is nonexistent.

Hope you are better. I tried this mixture without much success. I am now going back to Lyrika. It helped within days using a fraction of the gaba and cym mixture.

Maybe you needed a higher dose. I started at 100 my a day if Gabapentin for RLS. Now I am taking 300 me 2xs a day. Works for the most part but do still have bad nights. Good luck.

Has any one experienced differently by the same dosage of Gabapentin but different Manufacturers
Yes!! I have had nightmarish pain and muscle spasms return when pharmacies had jerked me around on different generic brands. I went through my bottles (had been too sick to throw them away) to find the one taken at last time I felt ok. I then started insisting on Greenstone only. Insist on that one. I found out later it is put out by Pfizer. Otherwise, hope you have ins. that will cover Pfizer's Neurontin. If not, apply to Pfizer to see if you qualify to get it free. Please don't suffer like I

I had the same problem when I was given the Sandoz brand, I nearly went ballistic. It has happened with other medication on as we call them generic labels. I always insist on the original medication.
