I never heard of Cipro causing blisters but I know Cipro is for infections below the diaphragm. I wouldn't think Cipro would be good for chest infections.

why are you on steroids for such a long time. I think maybe the mixture of the 2 different medicines could be causing you a reaction. what you can do is go to a pharmacy and ask a pharmacist if this could be a reaction to the 2 different meds taken together. Also you should try to slowly get yourself off of steroids. SLOWLY
