bactrim and prednisone
Yesterday I was prescribed Prednisone & SMZ/TMP Generic for Bactrim. The SMZ/TMP is making my stomach feel queezy, strange dreams, slight fever. The first day on the combo I felt better, now I feel like I'm back to square 1... Not a good feeling

While both drugs can potentially cause these side effects, prednisone in particular can commonly cause anxiety reactions, including insomnia.
Definitely contact your doctor to get their opinion; if it's severe enough to bother you that much, your doctor may change you to something else or alter your dosage.

Blisters
I never heard of Cipro causing blisters but I know Cipro is for infections below the diaphragm. I wouldn't think Cipro would be good for chest infections.

why are you on steroids for such a long time. I think maybe the mixture of the 2 different medicines could be causing you a reaction. what you can do is go to a pharmacy and ask a pharmacist if this could be a reaction to the 2 different meds taken together. Also you should try to slowly get yourself off of steroids. SLOWLY
