Atenolol
My Mother takes Atenolol, but she uses it for blood pressure , which is what that particular medicine is used for the most (Cardiovascular Treatment). It can also be used to treat migraines, but you may need to keep an eye on your blood pressure, it may be getting too low and causing your dizziness. Here is a couple of site's that may be useful to you, http://headacheandmigrainenews.com/atenolol-tenormin-for-migraine/ and www.drugs.com. I hope this is useful to you! Best of luck!
