Aspirin and hematoma
I'm 70 years old and rarely bruise and most of the time when I do it would just turn a yellowish color.
My doctor said that I should start taking a baby aspirin, so I did. About a month after starting the baby aspirin. I took a pretty good fall. From that fall I got about a 3 inch black and blue on my arm behind my wrist and at my elbow and got 3 inch long hematoma that stood about an inch out from my arm. I put ice on the hematoma and raise my arm over my head for about a half an hour to try to keep the blood from swelling it up.
Went to the dermatologist, he put some artificial skin on the raw skin and gave me a penicillin shot.
30 days have passed and the hematoma is going down.
I do believe the bruising and hematoma came from taken the baby aspirin
